Full Stack Developer Intern

Responsibilities:

 

  • Translate designs and wire-frames into high-quality code

  • Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code

  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application

  • Be a key contributor to our cloud-based platforms and APIs

  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

  • Build applications that focus on great user experience

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer related degree program or equivalent work experience (Code Academy or Boot Camp or similar platform graduates are welcome to apply)

  • 2-4 years’ experience with JavaScript technologies such as Node.js and React / Angular frameworks.

  • Ability to code at all levels of a web application stack (or are ready to learn quickly!)

  • Knowledge of test-driven development and writing accurate tests

  • Knowledge of databases (MySQL, MariaDB etc...)

  • Preference will be given to React with NodeJS experienced candidates

  • Ability to translate technical requirements into elegant code solutions

Front End UI Designer Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Help bridge the divide between the design and development worlds

  • Create the HTML, CSS, and presentational JavaScript code that makes up a user interface.

  • Build reusable code and CSS themed files for future use

  • Contribute to UX design standards while on occasion resolving defects in the UI

  • Design interfaces for complex applications

  • Produce prototypes and effectively articulate design decisions

  • Understand complex business processes

  • Responsive Design

  • Cross browser compatibility and optimizing mobile web interfaces

Content Writer Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relevant, engaging, conversion-focused marketing content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience. Content forms may include but are not limited to:

    • Email newsletters and campaign

    • Blog posts

    • Website content creation

    • Organic social media content (text, images, gifs, videos) for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube

    • Whitepapers to represent various solutions

    • Case studies about our offerings

  • Collaborate with designers, marketing, sales, external influencers and industry experts.

  • Develop relevant, engagement-focused social response content that meets the needs of the social audience in respect to the client’s brand attributes and services. 

  • Other content as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong exposure and a hands-on familiarity with the digital marketing landscape: digital graphic design, copywriting/content development, conversion-oriented landing page design or web analytics

  • Proven experience formulating and driving successful digital content strategy. 

  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with experience working with all levels of an organization, including C-level executives

  • Ability to identify, articulate, and defend insights and recommendations

Graphic & Infographic Designer Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Attention to detail a must; strong proofreading skills and ability to produce high quality work without errors.

  • Ability to convert the concepts and data findings into beautiful Info-graphic designs.

  • Ability to understand and interpret both conceptual and technical specific information.

  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and FTP client software to be able to perform duties quickly and efficiently.

  • Understand design process from conception to final production, and highly skilled in print and pre-press mechanical production.

  • Ensure graphic standards are met consistently on all collateral.

  • Strong color skills and ability to color check photography and adjust RGB/CMYK values.

  • Apply proper naming conventions and maintaining all digital files for graphics services on a continuous basis.

  • Gather electronic images for print and web support.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a business or marketing related position, preferably in an advertising agency or client-sided marketing communications department.

  • Proficient knowledge of graphic design software programs including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, etc. 

  • Film/video/photo capture a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects with high level of organizational skills and efficiency.

Data Scientist Intern (Unpaid)

Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, Test and document procedures and programs necessary for the organization to understand the huge chunks of data being generated

  • Experience with Natural Language Processing, Text Mining, Classification is required

  • Exposure in implementing machine learning techniques using Python (preferred) / R or any other tools

  • Exposure to various Data Visualization techniques including but not limited to Python (Seaborn), D3.JS, Tableau

  • Exposure to AWS Cloud environment is preferred

  • Answer business questions by using appropriate data discovery, visualization and data mining or statistical analytics techniques 

  • Interpret the results of analyses and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders
    Other duties may be assigned as needed

Data Analyst Intern (Unpaid)

Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer business questions by using appropriate data discovery, visualization and data mining or statistical analytics techniques.

  • Interpret the results of analyses and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Use analysis results and business objectives to develop campaign targeting / selection criteria, A/B test plans and related marketing effectiveness and incrementality assessments to inform future decisions.

  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Pursuing a degree in relevant quantitative field (ex: Statistics, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science) or relevant coursework / experience demonstrative of aptitude for inferential data analysis.

  • A keen aptitude for data discovery, data visualization and data mining to isolate data relationships and inform business decisions.

  • Knowledge of database tools and platforms such as SQL, Oracle, Teradata or Hadoop.

  • Knowledge of one or more reporting tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, SAP Business Objects.
